From the moment I walked in to get a new prescription everyone there was so nice and very helpful. Areli, Diana & Andy all are very pleasant and each so helpful in their field and on the floor. 5 star service and 5 stars on professionalism from all of them. Thank you for your help, advice and the laughter. I love my new glasses!

Staff are the sweetest thing. My child was able to operate with them in confidence and they were just get sociable. Good People.

Took my daughter here for an eye exam. The staff greeted us as we walked in, very nice and welcoming. The store is very well set up. Diana helped explain what was recommended and cost. Very professional and kind. And we left with 2 pair of glasses that my daughter was happy with.

When I called they were able to see me same day, staff was friendly and welcoming. The process was fast they didn't have us waiting. Dr Steve was super friendly and helpful, gave me a really good discount for my daughter's glasses. Really recommend this place, I will be coming now here for my future eye appointments as well.

I was so excited to have a Stanton Optical on the east side! Had an eye exam by Angelica A. on 8/11/25 for glasses and contacts. She told me I would receive a rebate for half the price I paid ($340.77) once the glasses and contacts arrived. She was wrong, rebate was only $100. Went to pick up glasses and contacts when notified they were ready and once again, Angelica A. made a mistake on my order. She mislabeled the contact boxes. Had to return to the office to make sure my son wasn't walking around with the wrong contacts on the wrong eyes. Dr. Steve was very helpful and apologetic, but it's not worth the return if I can't trust the associates. I chose this business because of their great deals but I fear I may not have been the only one mislead. People choose Stanton Optical for the ease and reasonable pricing and when a customer is told they will receive a significant rebate it's incentive to purchase a year supply. I was looking forward to making my own appointment once I received the rebate for my son's order, unfortunately I have to go elsewhere because I cannot trust the staff at this location.

Best experience ever! The assistant manager and her colleague were extremely helpful! They were very attentive with my 3 children and kept them busy while I was getting my eye exam. They helped me pick out very cute glasses and pointed me in the right direction when it came to buying the right pair for myself! Thank you ladies!
