I have been treating various eye issues with Dr. Silani since May 2025, and I am long overdue in sharing how grateful I am for his care. Before finding him, I had to see a handful of doctors before I found Dr. Silani, who gave me the proper diagnosis and a comprehensive treatment plan. From my very first visit, he stood out. He spent a significant amount of time explaining everything in detail, showing me exactly what was happening, and creating a thoughtful, personalized approach to my care. He is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and empathetic. Through the treatments we've pursued, I've experienced meaningful improvement and relief. Most importantly, he has significantly improved my quality of life. His staff is welcoming, professional, and always patient in answering questions. The office uses advanced technology, and you can tell they are committed to providing the highest standard of care. I am truly grateful and would confidently recommend Dr. Silani to anyone dealing with complex eye conditions.

I came for a check up at Dr Silani's whilst travelling multiple countries for a few months. I made it clear when scheduling I wanted a check up to see that my glans were not blocked and producing oils. Whilst I found Dr Silani to be professional and polite, it became clear the whole modus operandi of this clinic is to sell sell sell. I have been to enough specialists for this disorder to know that sometimes less is more. Rather than just manually check my glands which was clearly the whole point of the visit. He said that sometimes it is not possible to asses quality by doing this and wanted to do about 3-4 treatments in a single day. I have been in this game long enough to know that any treatment can cause short term irritation, which the Dr Silani denied. I had told him I was having one of the best periods in a long time, so why would I want to go through 3-4 treatments which could possibly irritate my eyes and not be needed. The manner in which the treatments are offered and presented is friendly but agressive. The icing on the cake was that when I was leaving the receptionist tried to upsell a load of home use products which I did not need. I have no doubt doctor Silani knows his stuff but I also strongly believe he has fallen under the american culture of sell sell sell and is probably offering people treatments they do not need or additional treatments on top of main ones not needed. My regular doctor at home is the complete opposite and only does targeted treatments when needed or over a period of time and he is also the one who stopped this condition being a daily burden for me. It's ashame really but I spot your game doctor and it is not cool.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Silani and his entire team. Everyone was welcoming and kind, and Dr. Silani was thorough and took the time to explain each test and finding. After over 10 years of unresolved eye issues, this was the first time I received real clarity. I look forward to continuing my care and would highly recommend him.

Dr. Silani is the best out here. I've been seeing him for years, and over the years I have received exceptional treatment. He is passionate about his field of expertise, and continues to educate himself, as well as his patients, with the latest and greatest in the world of optometry. In addition to providing excellent eye care he takes a personal interest in each of his patients, so you're dealing with someone who genuinely cares about you as a person. I have dry eyes and also dealt with obstructed meibomian glads on top of my sucky vision, so we've done meibomian glad probing to save the glands I have left (because once they're gone, they're gone), and we've done tear care, which is a process that unclogs oil glands in the eyelid, that helps create healthy tears and natural lubrication for the eyelids. Lastly, I was interested in getting Lasik, and after my eyesight had shown to be unchanging for I think about a year or so, the office was quick to give me a referral for a Lasik consultation. So great experience all around, glad I found this office. And all of the office staff is also very nice. I'm always more concerned with the treatment as opposed to how nice people are, but for the one's who also take that into consideration, you'll be pleased with your experience.

Dr. Silani is beyond amazing and his staff is caring. He took his time to explain everything and did not rush me through anything. He is such an awesome human being. I hadn't had my eyes checked in 6 years and he did both computer/tech check up and a manual. He showed me how to put on my contacts and he even gave me the contact info for his dentist. Loved. Will be back next year. I can now say that my trip to the optometrist was fun!

Dr. Silani spent quite a bit of time with me showing me images of my dry eye conditions and explaining all the possible treatments available. He is really caring and interested and stays on the cutting edge of dry eye treatments.

After suffering years of dry eye syndrome I found Dr. Silani, a true gentleman by the way, and my eye health has taken a U turn towards the better. I am very pleased with the results of his care.

About a year ago, I suddenly developed severe dry eyes and meibomian gland dysfunction. After trying a few drops, I knew I needed more help, and finding Dr. Silani was the turning point. Prokera finally cleared my stubborn SPK completely and the pain that came with it, and OptiVize transformed my MGD (the company that makes it calls it a cure and I laughed about that but ... it it maybe actually?). Xiidra drops took a while to work, but sticking it through, they have also clearly made an impact. My expressions now show clear oils coming out of most glands, when at the beginning nothing was coming out at all and my tear breakup time is significantly improved. What sets Dr. Silani apart is not just his skill and resources, but the way he listens, explains, and genuinely cares. He also has the best and most caring team. They make it easy to schedule and communicate and Branndi has been amazing throughout this process as well! He never dismisses how I feel, takes the time to answer every question, and is determined to help his patients get their lives back. I had tried IPL, RF, Blephex, plugs, serum drops, Rinsada, Meibo, every advanced drop on the market, quitting makeup, eye masks, heat masks, lid scrubbers, everything!! but it was his strategic approach and the right combination of treatments that gave me lasting relief. If you are struggling with dry eye and feel like nothing has worked, you absolutely need to see Dr. Silani. He is a rare combination of world-class expertise, cutting-edge tools, and true compassion. I cannot recommend him strongly enough!!
