It was a very good experience! The eye examine with Dr. Richman was comprehensive, with all aspects explained in detail. The post exam selection of frames and lenses was also very professional. The fitting of the new frames was complete along with measurements for bifocal position and lens options. I even received an adjustment of my existing, well worn, glasses. I enthusiastically recommend Dr. Richman and his staff for your optical needs.

Dr. Richman helped save my vision when my retina began to detach about a year and a half ago. He literally came into the office during a blizzard to see me and as a result I was able to get to a retinologist in time to save my vision. Recently my other eye began experiencing some of the same symptoms. I called the office and Dr. Richman saw me the same day, despite being fully booked. He is not only an excellent eye doctor, he is friendly and kind. The same is true of the staff. Given that we live in a rural area, we are fortunate to have a doctor of his calibre.

Dr Richmond was great as usual. Instead of going to Costco to get new glasses, I decided to purchase 2 pair there at the office because the gal who works with you to find the right pair was so helpful and knowledgeable. I hope they find another optometrist so more people can have the same experience.

My family and I have seen Dr. Richman for years for our eye exams. I had my eye exam yesterday, and Dr. Richman tested my eyes thoroughly and answered my many questions about the results and about possible future cataract surgery. He is always very patient, kind, thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. My family highly recommends him and his staff!

Fortunate to have such a modern and well equipped office for testing and diagnostics. And Dr. Richman was great as always as is his staff.

Eastern Sierra optometry is highly recommended by myself and my family. Recently they have gone above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get new glasses as quickly as I could because I had appointment set for the beginning of the year but due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel it. They called me every every time there is available appointment to see if I could come in. I was finally able to go yesterday and I will have new glasses in two weeks. Dr. Richman and his team are fantastic!

Dr Richman got me in right away when I had a swollen eye issue. He made sure that I was seen weekly until it healed. He is on top of all the latest medical reports and is an expert in his field. I felt very safe with him treating my eyes. The Eastern Sierra is very lucky to have him.
