Dr. Cha and his staff are very attentive and responsive to the needs of their patients. Dr. Cha is very professional and always takes the time to make sure any concern is addressed. The office has a good selection of frames so I always fill my prescription with them.

I'm a new patient here. I was able to get scheduled for an urgent visit same day. The staff and doctor were incredibly friendly and caring. So happy with the service! Would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience with Dr. Cha! He was very kind and took his time during the eye exam--never rushed, and really made sure everything was checked thoroughly. I appreciated how he explained things clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. His staff were also very helpful and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Dr. Cha is awesome! He is so thorough in everything he does. He really makes you feel like you matter. He explains things in detail & also cares about you, as a patient. Even when I went back to the office and he saw me, he'd wave/smile. The acknowledgement is really nice. I also love my glasses! The prescription is really on point. I've actually gotten not so good prescriptions, due to the outcome of the doctors eye exam. Dr. Cha takes his time and really gets the prescription right. The ladies in the staff, (Im sorry ladies but I cant remember your names.) are very professional, nice and so helpful, as well. I would highly recommend going here.

EyeCare of Bonita combines professionalism and personalized service. Dr. Cha always performs a thorough exam and clearly communicates what he is doing throughout, making me feel well cared for. His staff is friendly and are always very helpful.

Dr. Cha is very competent and great at getting the right eyeglass prescription. I transferred to him after my other optometrist sold out to a giant conglomerate and became a high pressure sales office. In contrast, Dr. Cha is a small business with good people and fair prices.
