I always have a great experience with Total Vision. My optometrist is thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my exam and results clearly. The staff is friendly and the office is well organized. They are highly recommended.

I love this office! I got really good care with the exams of my eyes, explanations of areas that were informative, and relieved some of my concerns. The technicians and staff couldn't have been more helpful. Total Vision seemed to have up-to-date equipment and choices in lenses and frames.

The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and professional, and the entire team is kind, attentive, and welcoming. They truly care about their patients and take the time to explain everything clearly. I highly recommend this eye clinic for their excellence and outstanding service.

I've been coming to this location for 3 years and I've always had a great experience with the Dr. and the front staff. I love that they use the retinal mapping vs dilating my pupils to complete the fundic exam.

Tried making an appointment for the first time and got met with nothing but attitude and snarky remarks. My first time trying to schedule an eye appointment and the woman on the phone was rude and unhelpful when I asked questions. Giving sarcastic remarks when they ask me if my insurance was "out of network or in network" asking if she can check was the wrong option, because she said with a entitled attitude "I can't check because I can't look into your insurance." Then when I went to go get the info she told me she had customers waiting and if I wanted to call back. All with a disrespecting tone. When my father called to confirm she fired back with, "You already called us." My father and I have the same first name, but it was insanely disrespectful and rude to say that to someone in a professional setting.

This was my first time coming to Total Vision Bonita and Dr. Kikunaga was very nice, accommodating, and explained everything very well to me as we worked together to figure out what the best contacts were for my eyes. However, the front desk girls are extremely rude and their customer service is lacking. First off, they failed to inform me that the retinal imaging they offer is OPTIONAL, and stuck me with a $40 add on to my bill. I was unaware that this was an additional charge and not required, they should definitely be more clear about that when checking in for appointments. Secondly, when I returned a week later to pick up my new frames, I noticed there was "black trash" as the receptionist described it, around the inside of the frames. She took my frames to the back of the office and told me she had to pop out the lens to remove the black stuff. Upon further inspection after I got home, its clear and very obvious that she scratched the bottom of my new frames when she popped out the lens to remove the black material. Very disappointing... I paid a lot of money for these new frames, only for them to be given to me with black trash around the frames and then scratched within literally minutes of picking them up. Although my experience with the Dr was exceptional, I unfortunately will never be returning due to the front desks' lack of professionalism and care towards their patients.
