Paul was such an amazing guy! His Hawaiian hospitality and kindness really showed through during my time of need. I had lost my contacts and really need a pair of glasses for my job and he came the rescue. He was able to refit my old glasses with new lenses and do it within the hour. Great selection of lenses and frames and I absolutely did not feel pushed or pressured to buy anything I didn't need. He even gave me a few chocolates and water while I was waiting. Best guest treatment ever! Definitely come here for any lenses for fast and hospitable service. Such an amazing and hospitable guy. He also went to Purdue so Boiler Up!!

I've been coming to this optical shop often, and the owners (both the manager and his wife) are always so kind. I brought my child with me this time, and while I was getting my exam, they took such good care of my little one -- I was truly touched! And the optometrist here is amazing. Honestly, he checks my eyes more thoroughly than most ophthalmologists I've seen. My corneas aren't in great shape, but he even spotted old scars from my LASIK surgery 20 years ago -- something no one else ever noticed before! I feel so confident with the checkups here that I keep coming back again and again. Highly recommend!

Excellent service!! I broke nose pad arms while adjusting it. I called immediately and asked if they can fix the broken pieces. He told me to visit and replaced with brand new frame. Even, I got free vision check(You need to purchase frame and lens otherwise, they will charge $50), Total price was cheaper than Costco anyway. Also, I did not have to wait 10 days as Costco does. Lead time was 3 days here. I will definitely be back Eyeris for next pair.
