Warby Parker has hacked glasses! They offer a huge variety of frames at the best prices you'll find. The employees at the Burlingame location are so friendly and helpful. The thing I love most about WP is that they have a range of sizes from extra narrow to extra wide frames. So hard to find this variety at any other glasses place! Also they're doing a promo if you buy 2 frames and they don't have to be the same prescription! So bring a friend and buy glasses together =).

Does anyone know the direct phone number to the store? The number given here goes to a New York phone tree that leads nowhere. Everything else about my experience with WP has been great, with the exception of trying to get them on the phone.

Staff were rude and cold. As I browsed for sunglasses, I was treated like I was invisible. Truly bizarre. Nobody made eye contact or asked if I had any questions even though I was there for almost 15 minutes. Several customers came in after me and they were helped eagerly. The staff even came over to straighten the glasses on the shelf and totally ignored me. I was ready to buy 2-3 pairs. Taking my business elsewhere!
