Would had given 6 stars but it took quite a while to even get seen. When a patient has an appointment time, a variance of 15 minutes is acceptable, but I waited over 40 minutes and then was shuttles to different rooms for tests and then told to wait for the doctor in another waiting area. This appointment took over 2-1/2 hours, had I known it would take so long, I could have planned better. I think communication with the patient at is very key. This didn't happen, so hoping for improvement in this area

The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars is that it was freezing! I understand that because of the surgical area, it needs to be kept cold...maybe a note could be added to the appointment info to let the client know to bring a sweater? (it was a long process) Otherwise, I think Dr. Bala, Candy, and Ryanne are VERY professional and personable :-)

Went in for a LASIK consultation and this place was great. Dr. Balakrishnan and Christina were very professional and eloquent, outlining the process of LASIK. Safe to say, all my questions and concerns were answered on the first day. Now I'm feeling confident and ready for my upcoming surgery.
