The staff at the practice's offices are all also great. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and also explain what they're doing and why.

I usually enjoy coming into this office, and most of the staff are kind and welcoming, which I truly appreciate. The only downside was that my appointment took close to two hours, which felt like a long wait. I hope wait times can be improved in the future, because overall it's a pleasant place to visit.

It took months to get an appointment. I live in Thousand Oaks- they said I had to go to Ventura to see Dr. Fang, but he's in Thousand Oaks on Fridays! The appointment went fine, but I had a couple questions I didn't think of during the visit. I used the practice website form to ask my questions. No response in over a week, so I called. She took down my questions and said his assistant would call me. I waited over a week and got no response, so I called again. The receptionist said I should make a follow-up appointment! Wait 4 more months to have a simple question answered! NO thanks. Not going back.

Dr fang is an amazing eye specialist attentive to my needs and very professional. He gets 5 stars but the surgery coordinator could be better at sending the surgery information packet. And communicate better with her clients I literally had to pick up my surgery information packet the day before the surgery at the Loma vista office all other office personnel we great

The office, although busy, moved along at a great pace thanks to all the personnel working as a team. Everyone was gracious and friendly. My physician, Dr Corwin, was as amazing, thorough, and professional as his experience and background which was extremely impressive. He took the time to go over the photos of my eye interior and explained in comprehensible terms what the eye issue was and what the plan was. He made me.feel completely at ease. A return visit was scheduled according to my availability, and I can honestly say this was one of my best doctor visits in my 70 years.

I was very nervous especially for my wife who has Alzheimer. The whole procedure went very smoothly. A lot of knowledgeable staff to provide the preop necessities, also a lot of patients waiting their turn. The operation was quick ( 15 minutes) and painless. All very professional.
