We had a contact lens appointment for my 10-year-old, and Harley was absolutely amazing. My daughter was struggling to get the contacts in at first, but Harley was so patient, calm, and encouraging the entire time. She never made her feel rushed or frustrated. We walked out with a confident, happy 10-year-old wearing her new contacts, and that meant everything. Dr. McCarthy was wonderful as well -- kind, thorough, and great at explaining everything in a way that made my daughter feel comfortable. Such a great experience!

All the girls up front are way cool and very nice about explaining insurance and products etc. I have a very uncommon case, after my eye was damaged traumatically Dr.McCarthy approached my situation like an absolute stud , and suggested every option available to me that required some outside the box thinking. made sure to explain everything to me really well and lead me down the most cost effective path with the best results for my vision .
