Eyeglass Factory - Optical Store - Camarillo

Have astigmatism and blurry vision for 40 years now and know how to handle glasses. Ordered new for reading and used an old frame. The lenses come scratched from this factory (see pict). My fault that I didn't use the new glasses right away and didn't inspect them carefully (how I can inspect reading glasses without glasses?), but put them aside and went on vacation. Now it is too late to prove that lenses were scratched by person who install them. I am not a liar. I am really neat and cautious person. So be aware, bring a microscope and check it by yourself because their 'visual inspection' is failed which is not surprise with dim light inside their Camarillo facility. Very upset, will not come back.

We have been valued Eyeglass Factory, Camarillo customers since 2020! During the height of COVID-19. Angie R. has been our elementary aged daughters eye wear consultant. She was also our first point of contact when first walking in as new customers! Angie has been nothing but amazing and wonderful! Angie is a joy to work with! Every first-hand experience we have had with her has been a positive one, with all our desired results! Angie always goes above and beyond any of our expectations! She knows our girls by their first names, and she always treats us like family! Angie knows were an all-U.S. Military family and that finances can be a bit tight at times. She has always provided the best product and options for our girls' eyeglasses at the best rate and most affordable price point. We are Extremely Satisfied with Eyeglass Factory Camarillo, and of course with Angie R.!

Update 12/8 - My only day off and I had so much to do. The frames cracked on my sunglasses, so I took advantage of the time to stop by to drop off for replacement. Unfortunately, the frames were no longer available. On the other hand, Steven went above and beyond to find the closest match and was able to transfer lenses with no modification. That was awesome. I was in and outta there in about 20 minutes. Still holding 5 stars !! I made an appointment for annual eye exam. Kathryn was very good at explaining each step and the results. When I decided on frames, Steven verified all my information while ensuring i had made all the right choices for each pair of glasses. His customer service was consistent as i witnessed the same attentiveness with the customers before me. I received a message that my glasses were ready and again, i was met with the same service with a smile from Angie. I was very happy with my visit and purchase.

Excellent fast, friendly service! Angie is the best! Repaired my broken glasses in under 10 minutes on a Sunday afternoon! I was able to continue my work day with no delays thanks to Angie at the Eyeglass Factory in Camarillo. I have also received excellent customer service at the Ventura Eyeglass Factory location!

Wow, AWESOME customer service in every sense of the word. Nice people from welcoming, helping to the finished product. I've gotten several glasses there and taken two of my friends. I HIGHLY recommend them. They are a little out of the way and you have to look for them, but once you know they are there, you'll be back next time you need their help. They are located right across the parking lot from Home Depot and two doors down from Subway. I'll be back!!

I lost a screw to my Oakley sunglasses. I brought the sunglasses in and the optical technician was able to replace the lost screw, tighten all the other screws, clean the lenses all while I waited. To top it all off, all at no charge. Made my day.

So during this covid19 pandemic this place was in compliance with all the necessary precautions given to keep a local business open. I Needed new glasses. Angie, the service representative was the only one working at the time and she was remarkable. She multitasked customer needs as they came in and fullfilled each order with such detail. I not only got one pair but 2 regular and 2 sunglasses. Knowing i was on a budget she took the time to show me ways to make my budget for these 4 pairs. During a time when cost is important due to budget and economy she made this work and satisfied me above and beyond. Thank you to Angie and the Eye Tech who was able to make my glasses with no issues. This Girl definitely needs a raise!

Very friendly and helpful staff, low prices and a fast service. Got two pairs of glasses for only 79$, the glasses were ready within an hour. Definetly five stars!!! We have been at four other opticians before, this here is the best!
