It was my first time at this location. Pros: Didn't have to wait long. Had an intern there doing the exam for my 7 year old. He did an amazing job! Thank you Joel for being patient with him and answering his questions. You were very thorough. Cons: Didn't feel welcoming. I have Medical. And I know that certain things aren't covered. I'm a single mom, so I can't afford everything they have to offer. I do wish the prices were more affordable and accommodating. But overall, I loved how they treated my son. He wasn't uncomfortable and that was a big plus! And thank you for wishing him a Happy Birthday. He felt special today. Thank you!!

I was in the area and decided to get my eye exam, since it had already been 2 years since my last one. My overall experience was amazing. The staff was very friendly, place was clean and comfortable. The way they examined my eyes was incredible. They had machines and devices I have never seen before. Dr. Mcquillan was awesome!! Made me feel very comfortable. He answered all my questions and explained things very well to me. I will definitely be coming back and bringing my family here.

UPDATE: Dr McQuillan has now retired. His office is closed. There is one eye Dr I will definitely recommended above all others as he has always been friendly and gotten my prescription the way I wanted it. That is Dr Thomas Rogers of Simi Valley. I've gone to him off and on my entire life. He's awesome. Hands down, he should've gotten this review first. All of the staff members are very friendly. The Dr, his intern, and all the others are all very nice, patient and willing to explain things or answer any questions you may have. They don't rush you for decisions on anything. The equipment is top notch. I've been to many eye doctors and was quite impressed with the technology in Dr McQuillan's office. Yes, I would recommend this eye care facility to anyone. Very happy

I had a wonderful experience at Dr. McQuillan's office. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The intern did my exam, and was very detail oriented in his work and attentive to the concerns I had. He was very thorough and informative. A great optometrist in the making. Thank you so much! Staff was very professional and patient with my grandson. We didn't have to wait more than a few minutes in the waiting room. A thorough exam was done, even though my grandson doesn't sit still and likes to talk. Dr. McQuillan was wonderful with him and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. McQuillan and his staff.

I've been with Dr. McQuillan for about 30 years and he has always provided amazing care for me and my family. He and his staff are kind, professional and care about issues you have and the best way to correct it. It is very rare to wait for an appointment and if you have an emergency they do their very best to get you in right away. Best Dr. In town!

Clear communication, text reminders about the time of my appointment, easy to understand paperwork, kind doctor with state of the art technology, and excellent treatment of me. I get my contact lenses from Dr. McQuillan's office. I am very pleased with the service I receive. He is very cordial and takes the time to explain everything. I never feel rushed or like I am "just another customer". His staff is caring and professional. I highly recommend him for your eye care needs.
