After about an hour in a chilly waiting room, my husband was seen by the technician. She was competent and polite. After a little while with her, we spent another two hours in the same cold waiting room. Lunch came and went for the staff while we waited. Finally, the doctor realized my husband was still there, and came to get him. Overall, we were there over three hours after the time of our appointment. We left tired, thirsty and hungry. Both the doctor and technician were knowledgeable and pleasant, but it was not a positive experience.

You are over booking patients for your Camarillo office. I waited 2 hours before I was able to see a doctor. When the doctor came in the doctor said I was in a hurried time line and really was rushing me through this visit. After 2 hours I should not be in a hurried time line. I was not the problem for a 2 hour time line, so don't rush my visit. I waited and did not say a thing to this office. Since you sent this survey I decided to answer. I am in no rush to return to this office in Camarillo.

I have been searching for the right individual to perform my cataract/lasik surgery. I found Dr. Davidson to be very impressive in my social media searches, but he is the real deal in person. Standing 6' 7" he is charismatic and passionate about sight and so so personable. I have been successful with mono vision for the past 30 years so we will stay with that strategy. Keely and Daniela are equally impressive with their knowledge of the procedure. I will update after my surgery to see if the customer service survives past the initial visit!

The front office was not immediately receptive about my arrival on my morning appointment. I waited for nearly five minutes standing at the counter and she still acknowledged me as she was communicating on the phone. On this day the elevator was disabled and I had to walk up the staircase to the second floor. I eventually reached my end and walked away from the counter to sit down in the lobby area. I was later was asked to come to the counter to sign in and pay my deductible
However the Dr Pang was extremely pleased with good bedside treatment and her team was also pleasant and respectful
