I originally picked them as they were in my insurance network and even though I was a little apprehensive to go to a "mall store" I would not hesitate to go back I had several people helping me on the day of my visit- All of them including the front desk, technician and doctor were friendly, helpful and professional. I needed some help picking out my glasses and they were more than happy to accommodate me. All and all a good experience.

The exam was great. Dr. Nguyen was terrific as always. Very patient and thorough with the eye exam, talk through everything, and really makes sure I understand everything that's going on with my eyes. The sales associate, Kim, was also amazing. She helped me choose gorgeous glasses that I'm really excited about and talked me through every aspect of the price and discounts from my insurance and sales. All the staff are wonderful, friendly, and patient.

Easy to get an appointment, quick and efficient eye exam, friendly and helpful customer service understanding insurance benefits & selecting lenses/frames. Quick glasses turnaround time. Convenient and affordable.

Eye exam physician was excellent. The staff overall is friendly, however the pricing is a bit outrageous even with vision insurance. I believe that LensCrafters charges more for frames and lenses than other establishments. I feel that even with insurance, I paid the same as I did last year without insurance

Everyone was so helpful and professional. Lindsay Varela took all of my insurance info for the exam. Everything was ready for me when I got there. Autumn did a great job with my pre exam testing. Dr. Yang is always thorough with the eye exam and takes time to listen and give me all of the results in a very understandable way. Great experience all around!

Dr. Phuong Nguyen was excellent in his attention to detail, diagnostics, and recommendations for my overall eye health. Helped me choose glasses most suited to my needs and to establish expectations for the progression of my overall eye health as I age. Great interpersonal skills, helpful, best eye exam I have had in a long time! Both staff members were also very helpful in figuring out how best to use my AAA discount and insurance for frames and lenses so I got the best value for my money. Overall A+ experience. Already scheduled my appointment for next year to stay on top of my ocular health.

The whole Team was amazing. The doctor was patient and kind, Sandra helped me with my insurance questions and frame selection. I really appreciate everyone there and the experience!

Doctor Batt was very thorough, professional, and patient. She explained my issues thoroughly and ade excellent recommendations! Cesar did a great job making my pretest comfortable, professional and quick. The opticians, Sandra and Joy made great suggestions for eyewear.
