I recently had an amazing experience at the Capitola LensCrafters, thanks to Lindsay! I initially visited the LensCrafters in San Jose, but they wouldn't allow a return or exchange on my glasses, even after going back and forth. Frustrated, I was ready to buy a new pair elsewhere.
I decided to give the Capitola location a try, and I'm so glad I did! Lindsay was incredibly helpful and not only assisted me in picking out a smaller frame but also saved me some money on my new purchase. After I left, I received a call from Lindsay, who shared the great news that she had managed to secure a full refund for my original glasses! She genuinely cared about my situation and went out of her way to help.
Customer service is often lacking these days, so it was refreshing to see someone truly make an effort for a customer. I am thrilled with my new glasses, which were ready in no time. Thank you so much, Lindsay, and the Capitola LensCrafters team--you are the best!

After weeks of waiting and rude treatment from the employee helping us, we went in today and they even took back the pair they had already given her with her prescription lenses in them. Stopped by on 11/12/25 to get my wife's glasses adjusted because they kept sliding forward. We had been to another place before but they didn't get it right. When we arrived Cesar greeted us within 3 seconds and jumped right on the task.
Cesar adjusted the glasses with great expertese, he knew exactly what to do and quickly got the glasses to fit perfectly. He was friendly and made us feel like a couple of friends he had not seen in a while.
