This place actually cared about explaining my vision problems whereas other eye doctors really don't seem to care and just rush you out. Terry was a great associate too, made the buying process smooth and appreciated his professionalism. Edit: Picking up my contacts and glasses was pretty dreadful. The store only had one associate and I had to wait half and hour before being seen by anyone since the only associate there was too busy. So, good service on Terry and the eye doctor's part, but just be aware that you might wait a long time.

Dr. Dresher is highly skilled, a great listener and patient with questions. Kelli and Carlos out front have exceptional customer service skills! The frame selection is also quite impressive. This will be our regular vision care location.

Helen from Lenscrafters inside Macys Carlsbad is very sweet and best in attending customers. I needed help adjusting my glasses that I bought online and she help me and even adjusted my Mom's glasses as well! What a wonderful lady. I will surely buy another glasses from this store because of her.

The doctor was very thorough and made sure he answered all my questions, and together we came up with a good solution for my vision issues. The staff was very helpful in selecting glasses that fit well and looked good on me. Great group of folks, very helpful and focused on customer service!

I had an outstanding experience at LensCrafters thanks to Terry. From the start, he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. While other locations turned me away because they didn't want to deal with the extra work, Terry stepped up and handled everything with patience, kindness, and professionalism. He took the time to make sure everything was done right, even going the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable and at ease throughout the process.
