Have purchased frames for prescription glasses and sunglasses here since this office opened. Have had at least 3 exams here. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The optometrists here are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain each portion of the exam. No pressure to purchase frames here but prices are very reasonable so my husband and I usually do. Staff assists with insurance as well. Highly recommend this office (Forum Carlsbad).

The doctor took great care to find my correct prescription and make sure the lenses were to my liking. Then it was incredibly easy to order frames right after. This was a great experience.

Two of us went to Warby Parker to choose and order prescription glasses/sunglasses. Cristi assisted us and was amazing. We had some models in mind when we went. Cristi engaged us and brought similar styles and colors for us to try on. She is extremely knowledgeable and was perfect in her level of assistance. In the end, I bought 2 pairs of glasses that I had not even considered when I arrived there. She ensured I got the best price with one pair under my insurance and the other pair 15% off. She also cleaned and adjusted current glasses for a perfect fit. It was the best experience we have ever had choosing and purchasing glasses!!
