They always get you in and out.

I had an excellent experience at Eye Care West Optometry Inc. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The office is very clean and well-organized, which really added to the overall experience.
They took the time to explain each step of the exam and went over my prescription thoroughly at the end, which I really appreciated. I was originally recommended to come here by my wife, and I'm glad I listened. I'll definitely be recommending Eye Care West to my family and friends!

Everyone at Eye Care West is amazing. Our family dog eat my glasses and I needed new ones ASAP. We were do for a checkup and under the circumstances, fit me right in. All staff and doctors are kind and friendly. Angie helped me pick out my glasses and was very thorough. I asked if they could expedite my glasses. She wouldn't make any promises but she said she would see what might be done.

I was disappointed with my visit.
I came in because I was having ongoing tearing in one eye, and it did not feel like an allergy-related issue.
However, the doctor only did a very brief check and prescribed eye drops without addressing my concerns.
There was no discussion or evaluation of whether my tear duct could be involved, even though I specifically mentioned my symptoms. I didn't feel that my concerns were fully listened to or taken seriously.
Overall, it didn't feel like thorough care, and I left without any real answers or improvement.

I have coming here for some years and as always I'm a very satisfied patient. It's very clean, everyone is so friendly and helpful, I usually wait about 10-15 min max to be seen by the optometrist who is usually friendly and patient with me. They have a big selection but wish it was bigger. I wanted the exact same frames that I already had and just my luck, they only had 1 pair but in another color "purple" which is ok because it's a very pretty color, anyhow they would have ordered the color I wanted but I like the purple.
My new glasses came before 2 weeks. I would recommend this place

My husband and I had a wonderful experience beginning with the ease of making our appointments online. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and had state-of-the-art testing done by knowledgeable staff. Dr. Huang was friendly with a warm smile, making us feel right at home, and did thorough exams on both of us. Afterwards Valery was very knowledgeable about eyeglass frames and which would fit best, and patiently helped us find just the right ones. The clinic was very clean throughout, including the nice bathroom, and there were comfortable chairs in the waiting area and exam rooms. We truly enjoyed our first visit and highly recommend Eye Care West Optometry!
