I have been hear a few times to get my eye exam and get some reading glasses. I was a big fan of this place until today. I lost my glasses and called to check if they can get me my glasses before i leave for my trip. They said to come in but they cannot guarantee the glasses will be here on time. I then asked if they can call their vendor and ask before i make an appt to see the possibility of getting it in the time i need. But i just kept getting a repetitive response "we can put a rush but cannot guarantee". It was like talking to wall. I guess i do not understand how you deal with a vendor and cannot get me a better answer than the one she gave me. A simple call to the vendor to get a better answer would have been the right move. Great doctors, but they need a more proactive and customer service friendly person answering the phone. They just lost a customer. And a few more steps and would have earned one for life.

Dr. David Rosenblum is knowledgeable and experienced. He listens to my concerns and is compassionate and understanding. He treats his patients with respect. I was first treated by his dad, Sy in the early 1980s and have been a loyal patient since. His office staff is kind and respectful. They have a good selection of eyewear to choose from and they accept my VSP insurance.

This was my first visit. This was a very nice change from where I've been going. Everything moved so quickly. As soon as I completed the form, they called me to the back. I didn't get a chance to browse the glass case, is actually what I said, and the receptionist and I laughed. When I did, there were so many options to choose from. From low to high, from basic to fabulous. Everyone was so professional and kind, definitely a place to have your eyes checked
