Apple Optometry

Always amazing service with a smile from Carol Avazian. Not to mention a great sense of humor, or at least she humors me by laughing at my jokes, which is nice. Recently I had a horrible retinal tear in my right eye, and she got me in immediately (same day) and then into a retinal specialist (Dr. Julia Sein of Evergreen Retina). This saved my eyesight in my right eye, and l am so thanktul for this, and can't believe was able to get into a specialist on the same day. She had many retina specialists who she knew and personally vouched for (so I knew they would do good work on my eye) and was willing to work with me depending on who I wanted to see. I had surgery the next day! Carol has even helped me during Thanksgiving, on two separate occasions, and didn't bat an eye to do so! Thank you for everything Carol! She treats my whole family too! It's hard to find someone you trust with your eyes, so I'm sticking with Carol.

Dr. Carol is very kind and thorough. She genuinely took all the time I needed to ensure that my prescription was done correctly. I'm really glad I dropped by to see if they were available. Same day appointment was greatly appreciated!

Not pleased with the services and the way they do business. Was marketed to purchase extremely expensive lenses. When I called to see if they can try and have them resized was immediate shut down. The insurance is practically useless at this place. Some employees are friendly and some are not at all . Probably the most difficult optometry placed I ever visited biggest regret was going with them.

The clinic was clean and the testing equipment are updated.Those are the only things I liked about my experience. I had to go back twice after the check up because they forgot to take 1 measurement or the other. I was told that I would be getting samples of dailies as I was on the fence about getting them. After several follow up phone calls + 1 month,I finally got them in the wrong prescription. I was quite unhappy with the service I got here, it was disorganized and overpriced.

I was looking for anyone that would take me for a same day eye exam. I ended up finding one of the best and thorough optometrists I have had the pleasure of being taken care of. It was a pleasant surprise. It's worth a visit. Thank you, to Apple Optometry, for taking care of me.

My husband and I have tried various different Optometrists over the years. Apple Optometry is the very best one and we are sticking with them. Dr. Aivazian is amazing! She is so thorough and never rushed. The staff is friendly and thorough as well. We were happy with our eye exams and with the process of selecting and fitting glasses.

I saw Dr. Kochkarian on 8/10/19. AWESOME!!!! he was very, very thorough taking the time to listen and provide the most thorough eye exam I have ever had and at 55 years?? I have had the opportunity to see many optometrists and he is the best I have ever seen. I also see an Ophthalmologist for chronic dry eyes. Well, Dr. K also provided me with advice and a prescription to really try and get relief. He truly cares! I went to see Dr. K on the referral from my adult son who also received a great experience as well. I will be referring to everyone I meet to run, don't walk to Apple Optometry. Thanks so much for your amazing service!
