I am a Southern California ophthalmologist who has been using Atlantic Optical exclusively for my practice's dispensing needs since about 1995. Obviously, I've been very satisfied. The sales staff is attentive, knowledgeable and very pleasant, and all the merchandise, including frames, lenses, cases and accessories, is stylish, of high quality, and very competitively priced. The company stands behind its products, and on the very rare occasions when I was dissatisfied, the company promptly corrected the problem by replacing defective items. This occurred only a few times in several decades, as everything is usually in excellent condition. Merchandise is shipped quickly and there are never delays. Overall, I give this company all the highest marks. Most importantly, it is family owned and run by people of great integrity who value their customers and will always go the extra mile to maintain good relationships with them. Five stars!
