I have been coming to this location for 9 years, and I have always had a great experience. Isaac, the store manager, is always available to answer any questions if any staff member is unable to. I am beyond satisfied to say that everyone at this store goes above and beyond to make my life easier. Excellent training for your staff, Isaac. They are caring, concerned, and receptive to my needs. I get my annual eye exam and prescription glasses here. Isaac never disappoints. He has excellent customer service skills, is helpful and friendly, and genuinely cares. He has accommodated me on various occasions. He definitely wants to assist and make every customer's experience great. Lauryn helped me decide between a few frames that I wasn't sure about. She gave me her honest opinion on my new glasses and advised me on various options I could add before I made my final purchase. I want to make it known that Isaac and Lauryn were the best at this Otay Ranch mall location. Thank you for the fantastic experience for management and staff. I visited LensCrafters to fill my reading glasses prescription and was impressed by the wide selection of frames available--there were so many great options that choosing just one was a challenge. I ultimately selected a pair of Tiffany & Co. frames and could not be happier with my choice. He was patient, highly knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. He clearly explained all available lens options--including anti-glare, bifocals, and blue light protection--making recommendations without ever being pushy. I am extremely satisfied with my reading glasses and truly appreciative of the outstanding level of service I received. My Ray-ban sunglass with prescription was no longer of use after the cataract surgery. I went to this store and the clerk was kind enough to attend to me immediately and offer me the lenses they have. I left the frame to him to have them cut and install the lenses. After a few days I went to pick it up. The job done quickly and furthermore it cost me about 40 USD. Very nice service !

My experience at this location is always pleasant! From the greeting, to the exam, all the way to checkout. I will say, Mario stands out and is always so warm and helpful! He doesn't make you feel like he is just trying to make a sale-- he is always giving honest opinions and earnest recommendations.
