I've worn glasses all my life and Dr. Torres was by far the most diligent at ensuring my exam was done to its fullest extent. She provided me with information that no other optometrist has in all my years of getting my eyes checked. The rest of the staff in the office is extremely welcoming and friendly. Overall, it was a great experience and would recommend anyone in the Claremont, Upland, Pomona area, etc. visit the office. Thank you!

Staff is always pleasant and easy to connect without feeeling intruded on. The Tech explained the tests and put me at ease. Did not catch her name however her positive energy was stellar. Dr Torress always amazing and genuine.

Greeted pleasantly by office staff and technician. Was taken back within a few minutes of filling out forms for pre testing. Saw Dr promptly after testing and thoroughly examined. New prescription so had session with very patient technician to fit and choose frames and additions for glasses. Good experience. Would refer to friends.

My visit was pleasant overall, the staff was professional and friendly, Dr. Torres spent time with me going over my test results and helped me with a prescription. My girlfriend was made to feel welcome as she waited for me, and she bought a new pair of sunglasses as a result.

The customer service-oriented whole staff was at its peak. That girl at the front desk, whose name I don't know is always very polite and very helpful.

I left feeling unheard, dissatisfied, and without confidence in the quality of their service... Although most of the staff here are kind and professional, my overall experience was very disappointing. During my eye exam, I noticed that none of the equipment was cleaned between patients... there were visible makeup and facial stains left on the machines, which felt unhygienic and concerning. When I returned to pick up my glasses, one of the lenses was noticeably protruding, and the frame itself was crooked and misshapen. When I pointed this out, I was told, "sometimes they just make it this way." I've worn glasses for YEARS and have never received a pair that was made so poorly. The fit was completely off and even caused nausea when I tried to wear them. I had to specifically request that they redo one of the lenses to fix the issue, which should have been addressed proactively. Instead of offering real solutions, I felt dismissed and treated as though I was overreacting. To make matters worse, the technician who assisted me, Shelly, was neither kind nor helpful, which only added to my frustration. Overall, I had hoped for a much better experience, especially given the effort and expense that goes into proper eye care. Unfortunately, I left feeling unheard, dissatisfied, and without confidence in the quality of their service.

I have been going here over 10 years. The office personnel have always been courteous and professional. The wait time has never been long. I highly recommend Dr. Anna Torres.
