I have been a patient of Dr. Michael Magdato since 2012. This was where I first tried contacts and I have ordered at least three pairs of glasses from there. I used to return every summer for contacts or glasses when my insurance renewed. Between three colleges and living in three different states, I always came back for my annual visit with them. Even one of my brothers and my mother ended up coming here. They are always so professional and Dr. Magdato is somehow able to remember the conversation we had the year before (he must take good notes!). I live permanently in Indiana now, and I'm heartbroken it's no longer an option to visit West Village Optometry. If you're looking for great service and expertise, this is your one-stop shop!

This is an outstanding optometry office. I have been going to this office for more than 10 years and I will continue to refer friends and family. The customer service is just what you are looking for as the staff will remind you of your appointments, the optometrist's both are patient and work well with children (all three of my children have been seeing this office since they were 4), the staff are always available to assist when picking out glasses, and picking up your prescription (glasses/contacts) are quick and reliable. You will walk away every time satisfied. P.S. for all the working people they are open on Saturdays.

Went here thinking I would receive boutique service especially since I'm paying boutique prices. Bottom line I did not receive that. I bought a pair of frames at $400 they were defected and was exchanged once. The second pair had the same exact issue... and they won't exchange it. The issue is clearly a manufactures defect but I the consumer got stuck with the problem. The doctors here should of stepped up and taken care of the problem. At the end of the day it's not my fault and we are talking about $400 frame. And I'm a previous customer bought a few pairs of glasses from here. Poor service, very disappointed. Try anothet

With the great customer service and care this place is awesome. :) The cost is reasonable and I cant compare any other eye doctor to them. I have tried walmart and local businesses but none compare because they really care about doing the best for your sight. I recently found out a walmart doctor over looked a health issue that can get worse and gave me glasses that were way too strong for me. The husband and wife doctors here are the best and so kind hearted. Im glad a co worker recommend them to me!

Both the Dr's are great. They take the time to explain everything and make sure that your eyes are heathy not just that you can see well.
They have a very large selection of quality frames.
