Dr. Elizares and his staff are friendly ,efficient and knowledgeable. The doctor takes the time to explain what the process is when you are getting your eye examination. You are not rushed. He answers all your questions,. The office has a great selection of eyeware, and prices are comparable. The staff does not try and up sell you on the eye ware when you are there. His office is very clean and easy to find. All insurance questions are answered at the time that you make your appointment.

Dr Elizares is thorough and honest. Any time we've been there, the staff is pleasant. And if glasses, or a change in glasses, won't help you, he will say so instead of trying to sell a pair you won't be satisfied by.

Do not like that the office charges for missed appointments. I had made an appointment for my elderly mom. When an emergency came up (which can easily come up when dealing with the elderly) i had to cancel her appointment few fours before the time slot. The office staff was very rude about it and i had to talk them out of charging her. They were very unsympathetic and unkind. They did waive the fee however, but the manner in which it was done made me feel like i don't want to have any dealings with them.

I've gone here twice at this point, and intend on returning in the future. Dr Elizares is professional, he and his staff do a great job and are very decent, the fact that you can set it up to receive texts when your glasses or contacts are in is also very helpful.

What we have here is a failure to communicate!
I have had nothing but unsatisfactory results with this doctor. When Dr. Bonner was in business he had spent his money on his equipment for retirement, and you got good glasses, Jack spent his money on the building for his retirement. The equipment is old and the test results are lacking from what the tools of the trade provide in the newer more cosmopolitan shops. He is a small town doctor with old equipment, rushing patients through as fast as he can. He is still working at his age, Dr. Bonner has retired to Europe.
