Even if the doctor is good at his receptionist is trash. He professionalism is very poor. I had some glasses that I lost and I have found them underneath my couch. It had green gunk on them. I tried to get most of it off. Anyway I wanted to replace the frames. So she finds the frames and tries to remove the lenses. All you can hear from the back is OMG this is horrible, it's so dirty etc coming from the back. Now once I get. She said it like 7+ times. I'm like girl get it together it wasn't that bad. It was rude and over dramatic

Amazing service! While on a trip to Clearlake, I damaged my contact lens and didn't have my glasses. I found this optometry office on Google and decided to try my luck since I had a photo of my prescription. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful--she even gave me daily lenses for free, which was exactly what I needed! I'm so grateful for the kindness and great service. Highly recommend

I had a wonderful and pleasant experience both times that I have came there. The doctors assistant that I have worked with two times now Cindy Was the most pleasant person she was absolutely funny and charming to talk to and very, very helpful. She went above and beyond. The doctors office is lucky to have her around

Dr Ogata is caring & professional optometrist! He's been mine & my children's optometrist for 4 yrs now. He always takes the time to make my children feel comfortable & to explain each procedure. The office staff is wonderful too. Cindy is awesome! Much appreciated & highly recommend!!

Wonderful services and many selections of frames. Ladies in the front offices are very professional and very nice. Sindy is very helpful and got my glasses within three weeks. Keep up it ladies and thank you for all your help.

My family and I have been waiting for about a month and half and they are still not ready. The woman who sends the glasses off is either never at work or the office is closed. I have called numerous times and the phone either doesn't work or no one answers. Today I went in and the other lady who works for a completely different company is taking messages for her and doing her job. She said the lady never showed up and she can't get ahold of her. This is ridiculous and looks bad on the Dr as well. Why would they still employee an individual that doesn't work or show up!? It's so frustrating, we just need our glasses!!

Dr Ogata assistant Cindy is the rudest person in this office. She was very rude and didn't assist me in any way. She hung the phone up in my face. Not a good look for the doctor who was great.

What great ladies behind the counter. Took my son in to place order for his glasses. They have a great selection to choices from and not only that but got his prescription glasses back in two weeks!!! Cindy was a great help!!! 5 stars
