All the staff are extremely nice and friendly plus helpful , I was so indecisive on what glasses to get and they were really patient with me and gave me the best advice. It was my first time there and I'll most definitely come back ! I got 4 glasses one being sunglasses and it was soooooo affordable! The doctor was really nice and funny , I feel like I was in n out 10/10 overall experience

I called and asked about my prescription today, Rafael was rude and has no customer service skill, hung up on me no have a good day not even a thank you. I went to pick up my prescription and my trial contacts after that. I asked if they could possibly give me a contact case for my old contacts and they said yes. When I got home I was going to take my old contacts off and put them in the "new case" they had given me that I asked for and try my new ones and there was someone's used contacts in the " new" case they had just given me which was absolutely gross since those contacts had previously been in someone else's eyes. I threw it away and couldn't believe it. I was going to purchase my contacts from that store and eyeglasses but I'll be going to another americas best now . I submitted a picture with my old contacts in a case the new ones in there new unopened box and the case they had just given me with some other patients contacts. You don't go to the dentist and get a used toothbrush and I have never gotten a contact case with used contacts.

We got an appointment pretty quick. We showed up early and that was a HUGE mistake. We were kept waiting and they had no one in the waiting room when we came in. Huge mistake coming here. Wasted our time.

I have been here twice. I have spent over $900 on 4 pairs of glasses to pair. The first time 2 pair, the second time. Both prescriptions have been wrong. My vision is blurry, my depth perception is absolutely obsolete.Have not been offered any type of refund or Rebate? They cannot do anything correctly so very unhappy, very blind and very disappointed in the professionalism of this company..... They have a one year warranty on your glasses. And I have yet to be offered any type of refund because they have not giving me the right prescription. So now I'm going to go somewhere else. I'm going to pay more money out-of-pocket just to get the correct lenses I need, so thank you. Not so much your unprofessionalism

Abigail & Kevin were fantastic! I spoke to Abigail on the phone. She was experienced and professional gathered info. So when my mother and I arrived at American's Best Kevin picked up the ball and helped us with the selection of glasses and the needs for my mother's prescription. I was impressed with the service and expertise of American best. I will be recommending others to America's Best. Thank you Abigail and Kevin for excellent service.

Thank you Oscar for being super cool!!! It was my first time coming here and everyone was so helpful and kind! I broke my glasses recently and I was due for an eye exam so it was super convenient they had an available appointment same-day. They were patient with me while I tried on several styles of frames they had available. The entire process was smooth and understanding the plans they had available was easy as well. Overall I felt very welcomed and well-taken care of here!

I initially walked in to see if they can help me with my glasses as they were crooked and I needed help adjusting them. The girl that welcomed me offered to help fix them and she did so at no charge even though it was my first time and I didn't purchase them there. She was super nice and even cleaned them really good for me. This made me want to look around and ultimately their customer service convinced me to give them my business. They have that sale that's 2 pairs of glasses for $69, which seemed too good to be true because my previous optometrist charged me $255 for an exam and 1 pair of basic glasses. They offer the exams for $50 but since my prescription was still up to date they advised that a copy of it was needed. I managed to obtain it within 10 minutes and it was so convenient because all I had to do was email it over and they can apply it to my new chosen glasses. I like that they provide you with additional options but don't try to upsell you by shoving other services down your throat like other places. My 2 pairs of glasses where ready within a week and a half and I was so pleased with the overall experience that I ended up purchasing some prescribed sunglasses as well. My glasses were all paid out of pocket and I still spent less than my previous optometrist, this is definitely my new go to for any glasses needs!
