Their customer service is outstanding -- friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping you find exactly what you need without any pressure. The selection of frames is huge, with styles for every taste and budget, and the prices are incredibly affordable compared to other optical stores. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and enjoyable, and I felt taken care of every step of the way. I am extremely happy with my new glasses. I have been using glasses my entire adult life and buying a new pair every few years is not exciting. Mariano made is easy affordable and is a professional at what he does. The Dr that works with him did a thorough exam and my new prescription is just what I needed. My glasses were ready as promised. Other places take weeks to get your glasses back. Mariano does most of the work at office so it's nice to know incase of an emergency he can help. I highly recommend this spot for your next eye exam. Office has private parking in back and waiting area is also comfortable. He has a wide selection from Chloe, Tiffany, Gucci, MK, Ray ban, Oakley and many others. He also has a nice selection of off brand glasses. Thank you Marion

Last Monday I visited Prime Optical sorely in need of having my glasses straightened to keep the lenses from popping out every 5 minutes. Mariano came to the back door to help me get into the facility due to the fact that I have to use a walker. He was very gracious and assisted me in the building. Within just a few minutes, he very quickly corrected my problem and an additional problem with my sunglasses. And I certainly am going to go back to him when I get my prescription from Kaiser optical to get a new set of regular glasses. and sunglasses. I was impressed withb the variety of frame options that he had displayed in the store. -I would certainly recommend prime optical if you want the personalized care that can come insead of what you get at the "take a number" mega-places of vision care. Mariano took the time to make sure that I was able to get back into my car safely. My daughter is in the market for new glasses and frames and I'm going to highly recommend prime optical to her for the service. Thanks again, Mariano!!!

I've been with this guy since I was 4 years old a little baby his work is amazing glasses are only supposed to last 2 years before you have to get new lenses he made glasses for me and it has lasted 6 years already and nothing is wrong with them I would recommend his services to everyone the cost is very low compared to other companies that make glasses. Love it

I have a high prescription and I called late and he was able to go and travel to pick up the prescription. I need and make my glasses same day and he didn't even charge me a full travel price great service.

Came to get my glasses done, ended up. Getting upgrades, because it was cheaper than a lot of locations like transitions. And had it done in a couple days, wonderful work.see u again prime

Super helpful, kind, and knowledgeable Staff! Super cute card. Hidden gem for all types of glasses. A lot of places wouldn't touch my raybans but they did here and they did a great job!
