Horrible.....they bait N switch you. The hours varies like the wind. The receptionist is very nice, but she'll tell you one thing and then there's always an excuse why your glasses won't be ready on time. If you use them to get glasses, you'll regret using them like me. Go to Wal-Mart & save yourself money....time...with no aggravation
