Commerce Center Optometry

Not gonna lie... Everything was skeptical about the service. Didn't know the place was legitimate until I was called for my check-up to see how is my vision. And now, thanks to them I have received enough information about my vision. So far I got my new pair of glasses that I can adjust my vision of seeing close up and distance. My next inquiry is if I can get a pair of sunglasses to block the rays of sunlight and be able to see--overall I am pleased.

First of all its free with insurance cool that's really good. But towards the end when everything is done they hit with it takes four months for glasses to be done. My glasses were crooked I went back today to get them fixed im like is it free lady says yes sign some paperwork saying they aren't responsible if they break Come to know my shit was bended from the frame she continues to say we make sure we check the glasses before anything never did when I went to pick them up. she hits me with 75 bucks to fix them I expected like 10 or 20 bucks but 75 bucks nah ill take my business somewhere else

First time patient and probably won't return, The customer service upfront needs some major improving, The Female working there rushes you, The way she explained the policy made it seem like after a certain amount of time they couldn't/wouldn't help me anymore even if i was paying out of pocket.... This person completely ignored my husbands request of making an appointment. I will Never recommend this place nor will we return. Edit: Years later I find out they charge for taking an image of the cornea's which was covered by insurance all along ($75) Seems like if your insurance gives full coverage they still want to take more money from you. Stay away from this business! Crooks

The worst service it says open at 10 im outside & nothing i came on a Wednesday it was closed the worst

Hands down the best Optometrist in the area. You get what you pay for and the quality of their service and products is the best. My sister went to Costco and got glasses and they were junk quality. I had mine longer from Commerce Center Optometry and they have been in great condition. I took my sister here instead and she has been happy since!!

Got a cpl pair of glasses/prescription and they were wonderful. Very happy with both pair. However I paid cash and they were a lil expensive compared to other places. Recently went to get contacts and they gave me a total price over the phone before I made my appointment. Once I got there and had a exam they told me a completely different price than the quote I was originally given . Almost a $120 more. They told me they made a mistake and there was a misunderstanding... witch was on their part. So I asked if they could stick with the original quote being that I am a cash patient and been there a few times before . They said no. So I would never return . Be careful about the quotes they give over the phone because they will try and charge more once you get there.

I am very much taken by Dr.Hong's experience and education. I've been wearing glasses since the 5th grade and I am dx with Graves' disease. I cannot express how grateful I am for the information and preventive care she imposed on me... The office staff is very knowledgeable in brands and adjustments plus very kind. The office was very clean and organized. Im extremely happy with my glasses and the level of care.

Update: my prescription is a high index lens.I ordered the thinnest glasses for my vision which requires to be really thin not to look like I'm walking around with bottle caps.They took 5 weeks for my glasses to come back.When I received my glasses I received huge bottle cap lenses, I paid for the thinnest lens which cost about $200 alone, now I have to walk around like this. They will not reimburse me, or put the money I paid to contacts. They are saying to use these for now till they have my lens in stock, which will be in another month and a half, or who knows when. I cannot believe I paid almost $600 in total for glasses I cannot use, they were also out of the contacts i needed. When talking to the optometrist she just kept telling me it's out of her hands which kept upsetting me. It's not out of her hands, she can either reimburse or put the money I paid towards contacts which I will pay $700 in total for. I have no choice but to contact BBB or someone who can help me fix this. Not a happy customer!
