Sun's Up

This is my first time writing a review but I had a very good experience with the associate who helped me! She had long brown hair and was extremely patient and kind while I was looking for sunglasses. I took my time deciding, and she never rushed me. She was attentive, caring, and genuinely helpful. She did help me pick out something in the miumiu section, i fell in love with them. Her friendly approach made the experience easy and enjoyable. Great customer service from her!!

Really great service here, the ladies were all so kind and showed me several pairs of glasses untill I was confident with the perfect pair!

This is a great shop to get designer sunglasses at a fair price. My old pair of ray bans as taken a bit of a beating and it was time for an upgrade. After walking around and chatting with Oscar for a little bit while looking at some of the different styles, I finally decided a pair of polarized Oakleys was exactly what I needed. He was even gracious enough to give me 15% off of my purchase!

The manager, Oscar has great customer service skills I've been coming to see him since my kids are 7 years old and now they're 16

Warning: This shop does not offer refunds, and exchanges are only allowed within 14 days. They will not inform you of this policy unless you specifically ask. I purchased a pair of sunglasses, but later realized that they were slightly too heavy for me, so I considered returning them. To my surprise, I noticed a small note on the receipt stating: No refunds; returns accepted within 14 days only. Honestly, this kind of policy is quite uncommon in the U.S., and I was not informed of it verbally at the time of purchase -- I only discovered it when reading the receipt afterward. I called the shop to confirm, and the staff member reiterated that there are no refunds and returns are only accepted within 14 days. When I asked why this policy wasn't communicated up front, she said they only share it if the customer asks. I find this approach unfair to customers. Policies like this should be clearly stated before or during the transaction -- not hidden in fine print. I hope that in the future, all customers are fully informed before making a purchase. As it stands, the experience left me feeling misled.

Have visited this store several times. Each time we visit, my boyfriend and I walk out with a new pair of glasses. The staff is very friendly and really take the time to help you choose just the right pair of glasses. My boyfriend wanted some glasses that he saw on-line at another store. They special ordered the glasses for him, and the price was lower than buying elsewhere.. They really go above and beyond. Defintely will be back for another pair.
