They are very organized and professional. The only criticism I have is this was my first time to an eye doctor and I was not sure what to expect. There was no communication about what they were doing. It was very robotic and just hurry and get it done to get to the next patient. They were not rude at all it was just very quick and move on. They were putting drops in my eyes and not explaining what they were for. I never had my eyes dilated before and I had to ask what would happen to my eyes and if I could drive. The communication needs to improve.

Everyone in there is very nice and helpful except one doctor. Front desk is friendly and professional. The guy who did my eye test was very gentle and concerned. I will give 5 stars to all the staff except Dr. To. She was being inpatient on doing my prescription. I can't even see the words on my left eye and she already done with the checking. When she gave me the prescription, I couldn't believe it. So I went to another place to check, and of course the number was very off. This is ridiculous!

Dr Nancy Tsui is wonderful and very thorough. The staff makes sure you know exactly what your benefits are before you start your exam. This means there are no surprise costs. Only downside is sometimes wait times are a little long, but it's only so that you get great care.

The doctor is very mean and she only cares about seeing her next patient and finishing her time as quickly as possible. I refused to pick up my glasses because they were not correct. They would only make another appointment if would take the wrong glasses otherwise no appointment. This is not the right way to do business. The secretary was nice so was the technician.
