This is the second time having an appointment for my daughters with Dr. Alyssa Wald and both times were a lovely experience. She is literally the best, so kind and patient and very personable which os important for me and my daughters. She spends a lot of time with you, listening and answering any questions, the appointments are never rushed. She takes a thoughtful and thorough approach and makes you feel very comfortable. She is also very knowledgeable and does thorough testing some of which I have never had done before. My personal experience with doctors has not been the best, and she is one in a million and I highly recommend seeing her for you or your child's eye care needs. You are in good care and hands with her. I also, want to give a shoutout to the staff! They are all also very friendly, patient, personable and all around lovely! They make the entire experience very pleasant and welcoming. Everyone there are rays of sunshine which I find not common these days. Thank you Dr. Walt's and staff! Best, Sara

From the moment I was greeted by Jamie to the minute I said " see you next week " to Elena, was not only professional but very friendly.This is my 1st.visit here at OC Eye Designs. After driving past this office many times and now that I'm retired in need of new glasses , I thought I'd give them a try. Went on website to choose a Doctor. I went with Dr.Alyssa Pedroza and was so happy with my choice. She is soft spoken , friendly informative and professional. As with all the staff there , I was made to feel welcomed, Jamie Elena and Dr.Alyssa thank you for making my 1st.visit great. I've been seeing Dr. Wald for years (even before they moved to their latest location which is a lot more convenient for me. Yay!). I really like her as an optometrist. They're not high pressure in selling glasses. I like my frames and will most likely only get new lenses when needed which will be fine with them.

This was my first vision exam and I wasn't sure what to expect, but Dr. Alissa Wald and her team made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I walked in. The visit was one of the most thorough I've ever had. They listened, answered my questions, and explained everything clearly. With so many testing options available, I felt like I received the most thorough and tailored exam possible. They also went over pricing upfront so there were no surprises. The office is very nice, and I left feeling well cared for and informed. Highly recommend!
