From the moment I walked in I was greeted and asked to take a seat. Less than 5 minutes I was asked to complete a single page checkin form. Pre testing ess done then Dr Nguyen took over. She is very good. She asked me several questions and kept checking in. What are my preferences, my routine, do I have any concerns or challenges.
Most eye exams your in and out with no real conversations. The goal here isn't to get you to purchase glasses, it's to heck your eyes health.

I had the best experience at Pearle Vision today. Dr. Nguyen was very nice and professional. She gave me a very thorough eye exam, and explained in great detail all the after care that was needed for the health of my eyes.
Miguel, the optician, was also very knowledgeable and helpful. He guided me through the experience of finding new glasses. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to pick something I didn't like or need. Overall, everyone at the Costa Mesa office was kind, knowledgeable and very professional. I will definitely be returning for my annual exams. Thank you!
