I had a great experience from the time I set my appointment to the time I left. Flexibility is very important to me. The staff did a great job of calling to remind me of my appointment and rescheduling me when I realized I would be late. When I did arrive, the wait was short and the eye clinicians were very knowledgeable. The Dr. is very welcoming and thorough. She made sure the eye tests results were accurate and spoke to me in detail about my options. I felt confident about my choices and my purchase. I will definitely go back and refer others.

Dr. Heikali is always a pleasure! Not only is she lovely to talk to, but she's very thorough and knowledgeable, and really works to make sure you're happy with your prescription. My eyes have actually improved under her care, and her suggestions for lenses have always been great. The front desk staff is also lovely, and are always so friendly and welcoming. I really appreciate that they don't try to push products I don't want on me or try and upsell me all the time (like other optometrists I've been to). I always know I'm in good hands at Eyetivia.

This was my first time at a Macy's LensCrafters! The doctor was a impressively thorough with her examination. She was very informative in the health of my eyes, the proper way to apply eye drops, and much more. The staff was wonderfully nice and helpful. The manager was great at explaining my vision benefits and offered his advice on which options for glasses and contacts packages to get. He was a lot of fun to chat with and me feel at home. Overall I had a great experience! Thank you all!
