Stopped by LensCrafters today and Ingrid helped me out she was really nice & attentive! She helped me from the beginning to end even with helping me decide which frames to pick because I'm real indecisive. I would recommend to hit the LensCrafters in Macys rather than the one located in the mall since Ingrid and her coworkers are so much nicer!

On my most recent visit, Melvin, the manager, was also there, and together they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I had my eye exam, got contacts and glasses, and they were so efficient in helping me figure out the best value between my insurance and LensCrafters' deals. What could have been a tedious appointment turned into a really positive experience because of their professionalism and personable approach. I left as a very happy customer with everything I needed. When I had my appointment on Saturday August 23rd, the team there were absolutely brilliant. Melvin, Chris and Christian made my experience pleasant and each were very hands on and always had a smile. They are the reason I will come back to Lenscrafters.
