I was in desperate need of an eye exam and a new pair of glasses, and I'm so glad I chose this optometry clinic. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the optometrist took the time to explain everything in great detail. The exam was quick yet thorough, and I appreciated the high-tech equipment used to assess my vision. The selection of frames was vast, and they helped me find the perfect pair. The prices were very reasonable, especially given the exceptional quality of service. I'll definitely be returning for my future eye care needs.

We always try to support local small business and this is an awesome husband and wife doctor team. The doctors and staff are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. My family have been coming here for 10+ years and we always come out seeing and looking great with our eyeglasses and contact lenses. Both doctors are so very thorough and caring. They have a huge selection of frames and my daughter recently started wearing contact lenses and the staff was very patient training her to put them on and take care of them. It took her a while to learn, but they spent the time to teach her. We only trust our eye care to them.

It's great place. I had my first contact lenses ever at this place. The staff was so helpful and caring. In training period it took me more than 20 minutes to remove my lenses from the eyes and when putting it on, the lenses slipped of my hand and without hesitation one of the staff members who was training me provided me with a new pair of contact lenses. Would definitely recommend new patient to visit them.

** Wish I could give a negative star review. ** My office visit and exam were fine but they did not give me my spectacle prescription. The Secretary administrated the dilation drops and I'm not sure if that is legal. My g/f is investigating to verify if that is legally allowed. - 2nd trip to pick it up. - 3rd trip - The prescription was not signed. Seems like they really didn't want to give me "my" prescription. (I wonder how many patients they have done this to. Bad practice.) - They told me if I didn't like any of the frames they offered I could buy them somewhere else and have the lenses filled at their office. That's what I did. - 4th trip - During my 4th trip they told me most the of spectacle features are not covered on my insurance plan as the office initially implied they were covered during my third trip to the office (when the RX was signed.) My g/f informed me if I had to pay out of pocket I can go anywhere I want for those services. That's what I did. BUT There's More... While ordering my frames and lenses the optician noticed the prescription was inaccurate, therefore she had to call this office and request a corrected prescription to be faxed. (Now I really think they didn't want to give me "MY" prescription.) This was about the "Only" action they did correctly. They did fax a corrected prescription within about 5 minutes of the request. My g/f was thinking about using this provider for her eye exam and and glasses but I think they lost a potential patient / customer.

Get place, great customer service, so many options to choose from and they are not pushy they really help you find the perfect fit.

I have been a patient here for many years. The husband and wife team of optometrists are very pleasant and thorough. I have moved away, but have remained a loyal patient because of their quality of customer service ... staff included.

Difficult experience picking up contacts. Was told on the phone I could come pickup some today, not informed they would be closing randomly less than 30 minutes later, and online their hours were listed until 1:30pm(they closed at 12:00. sign on the door read "the 27th we'll be closing at 12:00 sorry for any inconvenience!" no reason even written). Major inconvenience cause I wasted gas driving over during my lunch break at work. It would have been nice if they would have notified me their hours were going to be different today, and that I would have to come by within the hour or another day. I am out of contacts, and they're closed tomorrow which is somewhat normal for Sunday but TLDR this place has strange hours and is frustrating

I have been going here for many years. Last two visits were bad, thanks to greedy wifey manager. Three dollars for a screw to fix my glasses. I declined stating the 99 cent store next door would give me a tool and multiple screws for a dollar. She did acquiesce. My kid breaks or loses her glasses every year. I told her I cannot afford new glasses and hoped insurance would cover this time. They had my kid shopping in 2 cupboards for more than an hour. Guess what. Our insurance doesn't cover those glasses. THANKS. Greedy manager smiles big when I tell her the only glasses available are half lenses. That is your designation -not the insurance, lady. $90 is excessive for a cheap plastic pair of glasses that broke last time. There are better resources online that include less dated out of style glasses. Despite asking for the RX to go elsewhere they did not call me to give. IN FACT, as I recall a prior visit, I asked for RX and she tried withholding it. I looked it up -ITS THE LAW, they have to give you a copy of eye RX if you ask. Thanks for all your greedy rudeness and discriminating behavior based on my insurance.
