I had a great first visit to this eye doctor! The check-in process was super quick and easy, which I really appreciated. My appointment was scheduled for 12:30, but they were able to accommodate me earlier, which was a pleasant surprise. The whole process was efficient, and I was in and out in no time. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional, making the experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Great place, great service! If you want a fast efficient eye exam. This is the place to go! I would call ahead and make an appointment however as it does get full fast. The staff was friendly and the doctor was very helpful. The Optical Center has many awesome frames to choose from!

I recently had an exceptional experience at my optometrist visit at Costco. Dr. Wang was calm, knowledgeable, and attentive to my eye care needs. He provided comprehensive information about my eyes and addressed all my concerns with great patience. The highlight of my visit was the outstanding service from Front Desk Representative Joan. She efficiently handled all the VSP information without any hassle. Joan was incredibly understanding and eased my nerves by explaining that while I was on the borderline of needing progressives, it wasn't necessary at this time. This was a significant relief for me, especially after feeling pressured by my previous provider. My overall experience was fantastic, and the added convenience of being able to get samples at Costco made it even better. Five stars for Dr. Wang and a well-deserved ten stars for Joan!

Big fan of how quick, easy and pleasant it is to be a patient of this office. I love that you don't even need to be a costco member to be seen here. And the doctor is so kind, patient and thorough with her care.

The staff and Dr. Were super nice. Everything was done quickly and within 20 minutes I was in and out with my results. Good place to check your eyes and right next door I could get a pair of glasses. Costco is always solid.

Excellent, excellence customer service. The young lady who I made the appointment with, and the doctor who examined my eyes, couldn't have been more professional, and kind. Also, the people in the department where you order your glasses, also, so nice and helpful. Highly, highly recommend costco eye center. Btw... I was also shocked, at the low cost of both pairs of my glasses.
