My medical experience with Dr Mann (over more years than I can count) has been stellar and she is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. The (new?) receptionist, Belen, is very nice and helpful.

I have been a patient of the practice for many years and have been extremely satisfied with both medical and optical services. Recently my prescription glasses suffered a tragic accident! I took them in to Sandi, realizing they were likely beyond repair. She was so sympathetic and helpful, ordering new frames at a discount and calling me to pick up within the week! Great service!

I cannot recommend them more. They are amazing. The beat eye doctor I have ever been to.

I went for an eye appointment to get an updated prescription for my contacts. While I was waiting the receptionist told me that if I had VSP vision care, my appointment would be covered. While I was waiting, I enrolled in VSP. 2 months later I got a bill for the full amount of the appointment. When I questioned it, they said that because the word cateracts came up in my appointment, it could no longer be a routine visit and had to be billed as a medical visit. They will not bill it to VSP. My medical will not cover it. I was not diagnosed with cateracts or any other medical condition. I've never had an eye appointment where the doctor has not checked for cateracts and as a result said the word "cateracts." In addition, I was supposed to get a call a few weeks after the appointment to get fitted for the new contacts. It has been 2 months and still no call. When I called to office to asked about the charge, they said they would have someone call me about the contact appointment. That was 4 days ago and still nothing. The billing department sent me the form that I signed that says if you have an eye condition it is considered medical coverage. I don't have an eye condition. They need to read their charts. Too bad this is how they choose to do business. I should have checked other reviews before going to this office.

I have been having to see eye doctors for over 50 years, and I have never been to a finer institution than this. The care and courtesy I have recieved have amazed me. I am pretty fussy at times however the make sure I am happy and due to such care I never the need to feel as such. I often feel they "cornered the market" on kind caring professionals. Every one of them! I feel the 1/2 hours drive is well worth it! Also the office manager can answer any question you have! All in all 100% satisfied!!

Highly recommended!! A professionally operated establishment! The entire staff complement is very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They have adapted very well to Covid protocols and there's a smooth transition from the moment you check-in all the way to check-out. Dr. Mann is wonderful, gentle and kind!! She interacts very well with my son and her bedside manner, outstanding. It is always a pleasure to visit. Thank you!!!

I felt obligated to rate this place on their abilities and profession since previous reviews only seem to care about one negative experience with a receptionist. The doctors I've seen here since i was in elementary (20 years ago) have always been very skilled, caring, and professional. Highly recommend.

I've been coming here to see Dr. Pinilla for over 20 years; she's fantastic! She did my lasik and I've since had other specialists look at my eyes for more specialized treatments (at her recommendation!) and they commented on what an excellent job she did. I HIGHLY recommend this practice and Dr. Pinilla in particular.
