Angel Eye Care and family optometry

I have truly enjoyed my experiences with Optometry business. My husband and I are huge fans of Perla who is the front office receptionist. She was such a blessing to let me call in every week to check in on my insurance status and helping me schedule my appointments.

Wait times are a bit absurd. Waited for almost an hour after my appointment time to be seen. My prescription felt off, so I had to return for a second visit. The receptionist is professional, and helpful. The tall guy that initially takes you back to begin your exams has an aloof demeanor, but he is also professional and gets the job done. Dr. Sara is pretty solid. She listens to your concerns, and tries to correct any problems that arise with your eyeglass prescription. The prices outside of what insurance may cover seem a bit inflated, but that's the world we live in today; everything costs more. I most likely would not do business with Angel Eyecare again.

I got my vision checked and new prescription glasses. I love the new location! Everything looks so nice and well designed. My siblings and I have gotten many glasses from this business and we love how they have a great selection of frames. The sisters are super nice and helpful. This year, I went with a new look and going with frameless glasses and I love them! Thank you for helping me with my vision :)

This was my first visit to this establishment. I have not been to the eye doctor in over five years and it was winging it hard on my scratched wobbly Zenni glasses from 2018 . I have a pretty busy schedule and have no time. I called and I explained my situation and they were able to squeeze me in last minute, which was super rad. I had forgotten that I had insurance entirely because it had been so long, and they were able to look up my name and social and found it immediately for me which was incredibly helpful. They looked up all my benefits and essentially got me absolutely everything my insurance would cover on my glasses to the max, so that I would have to pay the lowest amount for my annual coverage of glasses, and I am so excited about them, because the world looks different when you can see. Lol. They had such an amazing variety of shades and specks to choose from that I had to choose a couple... so, I did end up going a little over budget, but it was well worth it. I also brought in a pair of frames from Maui Jim and was able to get prescription lenses that looked just like the original pair of lenses made just for my wonky donkey eyes. My favorites are the Vera Wangs. These are the glasses that were in the discounted section, and they are transition bifocals which darken outside (also covered by my insurance!)... initially I was scared to get anything called "bifocal", because they're my first set and I'm not yet a Grandma (#Gettingoldhurts) , but my optometrist Sara talked me down off the ledge, gave me a bag to breathe in to (lol), and I am so happy I made the jump, because now I can actually read and see long distance, without taking my glasses on and off... and I think looking quite sharp doing so. All in all a great experience. Friendly staff. Family owned and operated. I met their father who works at the front desk, and he is very friendly, kind, and helped me feel comfortable in the waiting room, which was clean and stylish. Everyone was very professional. All my questions were answered, and everyone was very patient with me (because I had many questions as I tend to be incredibly verbose ). It's nice to go to a place full of good family vibes, kind people, a patient and helpful staff who doesn't make you feel like a number. I was able to peruse the glasses as long as I wanted, and I didn't feel rushed. Super happy with my purchase, and have had so many compliments on my glasses already. Even my little baby loves them! Will be a customer for life .

I had an exceptional experience at this place. Very easy and quick check in process, the staff were very professional and they assisted me quickly. They had pretty good devices and they spent a lot of time for me to make sure all of my questions were answered and they made sure I am getting really good and accurate glasses. The owner was amazing and super friendly. What made this place stand out to me was the friendliness of the staff. I'll definitely recommend this place to anyone.

If I could do 0 I would. My sister and my nephew sat there for 45 mins waiting to be seen. The appointment was at 130, she arrived at 115. She arrived early to make sure she was on time. Place was hard to find. And the staff was extremely rude. They were able to see the 2pm appointment no problem but they just couldn't seem to be able to get the 130 in. What is up with that. Then the receptionist, an older man told her when she asked when they would go back for there appointment he told her to have patience. A mother with her 2yr old was told to have patience. Never go here its stupid to wait that long. Horrible customer experience. No wonder most people are buying there glasses online. Ridiculous

WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Everyone here is so rude, they will hang up on you. They gave me two defective glasses. The manager will yell at you and will not allow you to express your concerns. The technician hung up on me multiple times. DO NOT COME HERE. Extremely RUDE !!!

I am very disappointed with the level of service at your facility. From the front desk to the nurses and provider, the professionalism was severely lacking. It is extremely frustrating to schedule an appointment for a specific time and then not be seen until an hour and a half later. My time is valuable, and it's clear that this is not respected here. If appointments cannot be honored as scheduled, then the booking system needs to be reevaluated. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with a strong impression that patient care and courtesy are not priorities at this facility.
