I went to Delia with a prescription to have long distance glasses with anti glare. I went 2 weeks after I put the order in . I took the glasses and tried them in night vision and to my surprise they Didn't work by deleting the glare. I called and told them that the glasses didn't work. I asked for my $75 back but they refused to do so. My advice DO NOT go there. It's a shady business and don't trust them. I will make sure they will lose IEHP AND MIDICARE BUSINESS

I have been a long time customer and people who took over for Al are horrible. No customer service, glasses we got have been poor quality. You try and call and let them know but all you get is bad service, lost my business and will never recommend them. If I could give them a negative number I would have.

This place USED to be AWESOME-but not so anymore since the old man retired-the old man used to take care of me-these new people seem more money hungry than anything-they charge for the frames even though I KNOW they get them for free-they charge you $50 if you need a 'rush' on your glasses when it used to be FREE with the old man-
