I was very nervous. But the doctor and staff were extremely nice and respectful. Nice and clean environment. I would recommend this eye doctor to my family and friends. I give them 5 stars

Today I had an appointment it was originally booked for 8:10 AM. I arrived. There were people waiting outside in the cold and they were told that "there was no doctor that the morning appointments were canceled". Of course people were upset so I left. I called back at 1pm on the dot I was on hold for 10 minutes then I hung up. I called back again around 2pm and I was told that if I didn't show up by 3pm, I would have to wait until January for another appointment. I urgently needed a doctor so I rushed and got there. It was so full there wasn't any seats available. I was pretty disappointed with the service that I got. I hurt my eye, and I've been feeling this ache and this pulse and my eye has been red every time I wake up. I told them that I stopped wearing contacts and started wearing glasses and that I thought it would naturally just heal. Basically, the doctor recommended me to do what I was already doing. The only thing that was added was eyedrops. But what about what I'm feeling ? the aching, red eye most importantly for me the pulse. I basically wasted my time. The doctor recommended me to do something that I was already doing. On top of this they got the billing wrong . I don't recommend this place the whole staff are highly unprofessional!

Let me start off by saying that this review has nothing to do with the doctor on site. He is top notch and deserves 5 . This review has everything to do with the female receptionist that is disrespectful, unprofessional and a liar. The receptionist was talking negative about the patients to the UPS driver saying "how she hates dealing with them". It's a continuous battle getting moms eye drops filled due to her saying that the prescription has been sent to CVS when in reality it never was. This past month my mom had to be driven again to the office because she was having trouble getting her eye drops filled again. The same receptionists told my niece and my mom that her eye drops don't need a prescription. Make up your mind does she or doesn't she. It's a constant back and forth problem getting her eyedrops and a bigger problem getting thru when u call. I have called many times myself and the phone just rings. Patients are not getting the services or prescriptions for free. They have great insurances and to have to deal with this is beyond unacceptable. May she do better being the face of the business because at this moment it's not a good look.

The office was clean, well organized and the staff were very nice and helpful. The Dr is also very nice, he sat and took his time to explain and go over everything with me. I was very pleased with my visit this morning and I will see him again.

Never will I ever return to Doctor Plechot. He seen my 7year old daughter and had a unplesant visit. My daighter had to wait to be seen for a Month for Brenda to take her prescription. I only had 3 options for glasses and Its been a month and i have not received glasses. I DO NOT recommened this Doctor.

Staff was great and friendly. Made me feel welcomed. Both Dr.Kat and Dr.Eriq provided the best care and attention.

Very good at his job but could use a little personality. No smiles, no sense of humor, all business. I will say though he isn't hard to look at!

On top of the bad service the staff are unprofessional. The doctor disregarded the seriousness of my symptoms and now they don't want to admit fault for the billing. Don't recommend this place!
