If I could give zero I would. I called on behalf of my mother on three separate occasions and no one answered the phone. I then received a text response and after giving them the authorization number they said they weren't contracted. Getting this information took almost an hour. Unhelpful and huge waste of time!

Great place, clean quick and very friendly staff. Was welcomed by Martha Bravo at the reception and she quickly helped with my entire paperwork. Eye exam was quickly done in a very professional manner too. My doctor, Dr. John Shammas was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything to me very clearly and politely. Good news was that my eyes are doing great too . I totally recommend this place to get perfect eye care needed.

My primary care doctor and insurance company sent an authorization to them for my first visit as a new patient. I called them on three occasions and left messages no one returned my calls. After trying numerous calls over the next two days hoping to get a person to answer the phone I quit trying. I have requested another eye care doctor having notified my insurance and primary doctor of my experience.

I went in for an eye exam and had a wonderful experience! The office was remodeled more recently and it looks a lot more aesthetically pleasing. Dr. Shammas and his staff were very welcoming and kind. He took his time explaining to me what he could see when he looked at the pictures they took of the inside of my eyes and was just overall very attentive. The optical area looks very nice and organized and the optician was very helpful while I was deciding which glasses to pick.

My husband's appointment was rescheduled with out his knowledge and we came for his appointment today 2-24-2021 but turned out he was rescheduled for 3/10/2021 but no one informed him. The staff Catherine is not helpful , unfriendly and defensive. She told us to wait for another hour to talk the supervisor because she is apparently at lunch. We are not coming back here. Please don't let your doctor refer you to Shammas Eye Medical Center. Spare yourself and your family. We immediately ask for a replacement doctor from our primary doctor.If I could choose 0, I would.
