One Vision Optometry

Dr Owei is absolutely amazing she is kind and great at what she does. Literally the best Dr I have had. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the some of the office staff. Never returning phone calls, or willing to work with you. Website doesn't even work.

I was desperately looking for contact lenses saline insertion solutions for my screla contact lenses. After driving to 3 different drug stores and phone calls to several different opticians in the area only to find out that what I was looking for, no one had the solution. Well let me correct that statement, one of the opticians office that I visited had the solution but was not willing to allow me to purchase or even give me one tube of the solution. After many failed attempts with calling and driving around, it looked as if Amazon was going to be my last resort but the problem with that was I would have to wait until Monday for the delivery. So I said to myself, let me look once more and I came across Optumvision Oprometry. I called and explained what I was looking for and with out hesitation the person that o spoke with Dr Hong Chau T. Le replied "yes we have some just come by". I rushed right over and as soon as I walked in her and the receptionist greeted me with a smile and had the solution at the front desk. She even asked if I wanted to go to an area to put on the contacts. I was so thankful for the kindness and consideration that she extended even though I was not a patient. I have a lot of computer work to do this weekend and I couldn't thank them enough. I'm even considering changing from my optometrist in the OC, to her office. I had a wonderful experience at this optometrist's office! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was kind, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The doctor was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and care. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care and exceptional service!

They are amazing! All the staff is fiendly and courteous. We had a wonderful experience for the whole family. My two year old was going crazy (terrible two's) and the receptionist gave him something to play with and as for my daughter, all of us being new patients, they were kind enough to go out of their way to fix her current broken glasses mean while her new ones arrived. The optometrist takes her time to thoroughly explain and examine her patients.

Dr. Owei is great. My husband and I have been going here for three years and she has helped us both out immensely. I have also purchased a couple of frames here. I never felt rushed and I was helped with my purchase.

I took my 9 year old daughter for an eye exam today and we had the best experience! She was a little nervous but everyone that helped us was extremely kind and friendly. Dr. Owei is amazing and the lady who helped us pick out frames was so patient with us as we tried on so many frames and was very helpful to us picking out the right size and fit. I will be recommending One Vision Optometry to everyone I know.

It has been a real blessing to have found this optometry for my family. My daughters and I have been patients here since it opened its door and we had nothing but the best experiences so far. Over the past few years, Dr. Lee was able to slightly reduce of my daughter's prescription as well as mine. Her Ortho K treatment on my daughter has helped her tremendously by not only reducing her prescription but also help her playing her favorite sports all the time without worrying to wear the glasses or lenses all the time. I recommend this optometry to all my friends and anyone reading this review.

I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment checked in signed forms. I sat for another 40 minutes without anyone letting me know the doctor was running late; until I went to the counter to let them know I was going to reschedule. There are a lot of optometry offices in the area.
