My father was in the icu and losing his vision because he needed a shot. The hospital told us to call this practice and inquire about details regarding his diagnosis. The practice refused to speak to me because 'doctors don't talk to patients on the phone.' The secretary misinterpreted everything I asked. It was very frustrating that I was not treated professionally and denied the ability to ask a simple question.
