Good experience both times I went in, first was a few months ago and again today to replace my broken glasses. I thought I would have to pay for new frames but Rosalia was kind enough to make look into and ensure me my glasses were still under warranty. Flavio was amazing and even though I came in close to closing time, he made sure to assist me in answering all my questions and concerns with the most positive attitude.
