I saw the good reviews and decided to give them a call to inquire about using my insurance allowance to purchase contact lenses. The girl who answered the call was very rude and said I need to call the insurance company to obtain that information or make an appointment with them first. Never heard of this kind of business practice for an optometry office. I felt like was talking to those shady salespeople at car dealerships.
If you try to get a fair price before you walk in, don't waste your time and avoid this place by all means.

Everyone in this office was really nice and informative. Dr. Tiffany Kwong and staff were very patient with my special needs grown son. I'm so grateful for there care. I can't thank them enough.Dr. Kwong worked really hard to get the proper prescription for my son's eyes as he has comprehension issues.

More than I expected! Everyone who works here are so nice, friendly, and respectful !!!!!! As well as professional. From the outside this place looks nice once u go in it's also nice but from outside it just looks bigger than what I expect inside either way the doctor is awesome so attentive to your needs he does more than just give you your eye prescription very caring. I really love this place and I thought I would not excellent place !!!!!! Been to a few in the past and none like here

Took my son here because he needed glasses ended up having to pay almost $300 for the exam plus glasses, glasses took almost a month for it to be ready and they never called when it was, I had to call and check in on them to find out when the glasses is ready to pick up. Never again!!!!!
