Target Optical

Absolutely the best experience I've had in years out of anywhere. John is the man - his service to me was above and beyond. I am now the first time owner of a pair of prescription glasses and I could not be happier. Dr Angela Fu is also the nicest person you'd ever meet. Super friendly and helpful all the times I was there. Highly recommend this store. This is an amazing place with incredible staff - let's treat them right and keep good things going, people!

I switched from America's Best to Target Optical for a "better discount". The doctor was great--friendly and knowledgeable. But I wasn't satisfied with my glasses or lenses when I tried them on. Target doesnt bevel/smooth out lenses unless you pay for their most expensive thinning option, while Americas Best offers it no matter what. Target has a 90-day refund policy. I told them right away I didn't like the glasses (Only the second time i dont like a pair in over 20 yrs of having glasses.) They said to try them for a day or two. I did--and still didn't like how they looked or felt. I called twice the same day--no answer. Called again the next morning--someone picked up and hung up. Finally, Irvin answered. I asked about a refund/exchange, and he replied, "We take care of that in store," but didnt explain. I asked how insurance would work with a refund/exchange. He repeated " We take care of that in store." He hung up without a word after I still thanked him. So, in store I go, requesting just a refund at this point. Irvin is much nicer in person, and explains the insurance would be reinstated that day if refunded. Why not just say that over the phone? He offered an exchange (which i initially was open to) but by then I just wanted a refund. He said, "That's unfortunate we couldn't be of service to you." At $300, I clearly wanted you to be. Refund took 5 minutes--could've saved me the runaround with 5 minutes over the phone instead, and I most likely would've exchanged. Peace out, Target Optical. Never again.

Kimberly was very helpful and help me in finding the right frame for my eye glasses. I recommend this place if you're looking for frames and glasses especially who have Medicare.

I'm writing this review on behalf of an elderly family member who needed a last-minute eye exam. It was incredibly easy to schedule an appointment online and the office was quick to follow up and confirm by phone. Dr. Fu is genuinely one of the most patient and kind healthcare providers I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Sometimes seniors can be a bit curmudgeonly, but she handled everything with such ease and grace, and really took the time to get the eyeglass prescription just right. I'd also like to give a shout out to Bri, the optician on staff who was so helpful with selecting a great set of frames and getting the order delivered ASAP due to a condensed timeline on our end. We had a wonderful and stress-free experience and would highly recommend Dr. Fu and team to anyone in need of eye care services!

Bri was really helpful, nice, and respectful with my decisions. She wasn't pushy or aggressive as an other team member from the other target optical I've visited. Doctor Fu, was the best optometrist I've gone through, as she explained everything and made sure that I got the correct prescription. She was really thorough throughout the examination process. I would really recommend to go get your eye exam with her. I would definitely go back.

Sandra was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly - everything you'd want in a licensed optician. I'd definitely come back!
