If I could give this place no stars I absolutely would. I have been coming here for years and I never had a problem until this new doctor that's in charge took over. Her patient bedside manner is so cold she has no empathy whatsoever. Twice already I came here and she told me I needed to be seen by an eye specialist because I might have glaucoma issues down the road. Twice I went to see a specialist and Twice they told me that they don't understand why she would scare me about having issues that I don't have. The final straw was when my mother in law came for a check up this past week. She did her regular check up and she told her she had to go to the hospital immediately because she might have cancer.....we rushed her to the hospital where they told her that everything was fine they sent us to a specialist just to make sure and they too assured us that everything was good. The specialist were extremely upset and they said they didn't understand why she would give such a diagnosis if she didn't even have the proper test ran to say something like that. Needless to say we won't be coming here again we had been coming here for over 14 years but now have chosen to go somewhere else.

Hard to find a good optometrist coming from Hawaii. Nguyen and Associates provided top tier service from start to finish.

Dr. TRAM D. NGUYEN has taken over this optometry office. She has kept records from Gary Lee OD. I came in and she was very helpful with what is going on with my eyes as I age. I will continue to come here.
