I came in with broken frames for my daughter's glasses. Wrenn was able to quickly assess the problem and said she'd be able to fix it right then and there. I had also brought a second pair where the lens had popped out and she also offered to fix those quickly. She was so kind and professional and took care of my issues within 15 minutes of my arrival. I'm always very impressed with the amazing service I receive at the Elk Grove location.

Everything was great. Wonderful service wonderful Dr. Toy wonderful picking out my frames. My frames fit perfect at the time that I ordered them..
When I went to pick them up, they didn't fit and they were totally out of balance on my face and I put pictures here so that y'all can see that I need to come back as soon as I can to have somebody know how to fit frames to customer faces. I will return as soon as I can.
